After months of growing plants in the nursery, in August 2021 we kicked off our first planting day! A stretch of river along the Vink River was cleared of gum trees 3 years ago and has never recovered. A total of 260 plants were planted from 9 tree and shrub species. With time we will keep adding to the site and monitoring as we proceed to adjust our efforts. Thank you to the landowner of Amandalia for his support and enthusiasm with this project!
